WHAT IS VALET TRASH COLLECTION?
Pristine Pickup is a doorstep waste collection service that takes the hassle out of taking out the trash. Commonly known as "valet trash collection", we offer an extremely convenient and appreciated amenity that nearly all residents take advantage of. We provide bins for every unit, from which we collect and dispose of every resident’s trash. Residents will save time by setting their trash right outside their door, and will no longer have to take trash out during inclement weather or carry trash down flights of stairs. This is especially helpful for seniors and people with disabilities.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Place tied trash bag(s) in provided trash bin

That's it! Our trash valets will collect all of the community’s trash and deliver it to the community’s compactor.

We are a group of local veteran all-star trash collectors in the Louisville, KY area who have been the hardest working, most dependable workers over the past decade, serving various properties all around the city. We go above and beyond to make sure the properties we work remain perfectly clear of waste and that residents remain 100% satisfied with the service they receive. We started Pristine Pickup because we wanted to bring better service at a better price to our city. We are the best of the best independent contractors who have been on the ground doing the work for years. We take pride in picking up trash and getting the job done right!

Many companies tell you what days and times pickup will occur. With Pristine Pickup, you can pick the days and times you want trash picked up. This way, you are sure to get the best service at your convenience.
We provide a trash bin with lid to every unit at no cost. Every bit of trash is immediately transferred from the bin into a heavy-duty waste bag to avoid any spills.
Our trash valets make a concerted effort to clean up all loose trash around the property each night, which will enhance property value by keeping everything looking neat. Any loose trash in bins, around the compactor area or scattered around the property grounds will be gathered and disposed of. We even sweep the compactor area each night to leave it pristine!
Our team handles resident complaints directly, leaving property management free to focus on other important issues.
Other companies impose weight limits and have restrictions on the amount of trash residents are permitted to put out. Pristine Pickup has no weight limit and no restrictions on the number of bags allowed. We always do our best to help residents out with anything and everything they need to throw out.
